Technology is advancing rapidly, and also disrupting the way we live our lives. The reality of an 'Internet of Things', IoT for short, is already upon us. Driverless cars are being made, and tested as we publish this article, and are already on their way to become more mainstream, with pilots being conducted in some major cities around the world already.
Uber disrupted the hitherto taxi services on the planet, and driverless taxies plus cars (soon) will follow. There's a lot happening in this space, and a lot of companies are working on making the automobile of the future smart, safe and secure. This simple infographic from CBInsights.com depicts the spread and depth of what's currently underway.
A collection of thoughts and inspirations from some of the most interesting sources across the web.

Futuristic NASA ship - Powered by Wind
As technology advances, man's desire to conquer the world beyond seems to be growing. While major advances and breakthroughs have been achieved in the last 50+ years, a big challenge with space exploration, or rather, space travel, is the time it takes to traverse the vastness of empty space between celestial bodies. Whilst breaking the light-barrier may not be possible in the near foreseeable future, scientists are looking at newer ways to go faster.
Check out how this futuristic NASA ship could reach the edge of the solar system, without "worrying" about powering it. What wind are they planning to tap into? Intrigued? Watch on.
